Welcome to JuniorCEO. In this first session, you’ll learn why the world is changing faster than ever—and why the so called traditional path is no longer enough on its own in the AI age. You’ll see real examples of how even top companies are reshaping jobs as AI and automation grow, and what that means for your future—whether you want to be an entrepreneur or not.

By the end of this session, you will understand:

• Why memorizing information isn’t enough when AI can access knowledge instantly
• Why real-world success needs problem-solving, creativity, judgment, and leadership
• What it means to think like a “JuniorCEO” while you’re still in school
• What the full 15-session program will help you build, step by step

You’ll also be introduced to the JuniorCEO 6 Pillars—the core skills we train throughout the program: Entrepreneurial Mindset & Problem-Solving, Creativity & Innovation, AI Skills, Financial Literacy, Academic & Career Planning, and Portfolio Building & Leadership.

To close the session, you’ll have a short summary reflection to help you identify what stood out, what you’re most curious about, and which pillar you want to develop first—so you can start Session 2 with clarity and momentum.
