Session 2: From Curiosity to Creativity – Spotting Opportunities in Daily Life

Session 2: From Curiosity to Creativity – Spotting Opportunities in Daily Life

In this session, you will learn how curiosity becomes the starting point of creativity—and how everyday life can become your “idea lab.” You will discover why the best ideas often begin with simple questions like “Why is it done this way?” and how asking better questions helps you stand out in the AI age.

This session shows you how to spot opportunities in places most people ignore. You will learn to flip problems into possibilities, using real-world examples—from daily routines and boredom projects to school organization challenges—and you will start practicing the same mindset creators and entrepreneurs use to build something meaningful.

To help you apply what you learn immediately, you will complete the Session 2 worksheet, “My Opportunity Radar – Part 1,” where you will identify one real problem from your daily life, ask deeper questions about it, and design your first “What if…” solution idea.

By the end of Session 2, you will have:

  • A clearer understanding of how curiosity creates real opportunities
  • At least one personal problem worth solving
  • A first draft idea you can build and improve over the next sessions
  • A stronger foundation for entrepreneurship, creativity, and project thinking

This session sets you up for Session 3, where you will learn how to evaluate your ideas and choose the ones worth turning into real projects.
