1. Definitions

  • “JuniorCEO” refers to the website, platform, and services provided under the JuniorCEO brand, a project of WonderMaple Inc., based in Canada.
  • “User” refers to any individual accessing or using JuniorCEO’s services, including educators, parents/guardians and students.
  • “Student” refers to a child or young person who participates in JuniorCEO programs, with or without parental supervision depending on age.
  • “Services” include online courses, learning materials, worksheets, live or recorded classes, mentoring sessions, and any related educational content or resources provided through our platform.

2. Use of the Website and Platform

Eligibility

  • Our platform is designed primarily for children and teens.
  • Users under the age of 18 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to create an account, subscribe, and access our Services.
By using JuniorCEO, you confirm that you are either:
  • At least 18 years old and acting on your own behalf, or
  • A parent/guardian providing consent and supervision for a minor Student.

Account Creation

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
  • You are responsible for:
    • Providing accurate and complete information
    • Keeping your login credentials confidential
    • Not sharing your account access with unauthorized users
  • JuniorCEO is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our Services.
  • Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute course content, videos, worksheets, or other materials without our prior written consent.

3. Service Description

JuniorCEO provides educational content focused on entrepreneurship, creativity, AI skills, financial literacy, academic & career planning, and leadership for children and teens.

JuniorCEO content is original and educational in nature and designed to inspire students to think creatively, understand basic financial and entrepreneurial concepts, and develop future-ready skills.

  • Video lessons taught by the founder and team
  • Downloadable worksheets and activity guides
  • Access to regular updates on new topics and new project ideas
  • Different subscription tiers with varying levels of support
  • Optional 1-to-1 mentoring sessions for higher-tier subscribers

JuniorCEO content is educational in nature and designed to inspire students to think creatively, understand basic financial and entrepreneurial concepts, and develop future-ready skills.

4. Subscription, Payment, and Refund Policy

Subscription Model

JuniorCEO operates on a monthly subscription basis with different tiers.

  • Each tier provides different levels of access and support.
  • All active subscribers receive:
    1. Access to available course sessions according to their tier
    2. All session worksheets and support guides
    3. Regular updates on financial literacy topics and new project ideas

Higher tiers may include 1-to-1 mentoring sessions that can be booked subject to availability.

Trial Class

  • We do not offer a full free trial of the platform.
  • However, new students may attend a free first session (short session) to understand the teaching style and course direction before subscribing.

Payments

  • All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our website or platform.
  • Pricing for each subscription tier is clearly displayed before checkout.
  • You authorize JuniorCEO (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.

Renewals and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Cancellation must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

No Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Due to the digital and educational nature of our Services, and because course materials may be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not provide refunds or partial refunds for unused time, missed sessions, or lack of usage.
  • We encourage families to take the free class and review the program information on our website before subscribing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the JuniorCEO website and platform—including but not limited to videos, text, images, worksheets, logos, and designs—is the property of JuniorCEO and WonderMaple Inc. or its licensors.

  • Users may not:
    • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without prior written consent.
    • Use our materials for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution
    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes within your household.

6. Data Privacy

JuniorCEO is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of students and families.

  • We collect and process personal information only as necessary to:
    • Manage accounts and subscriptions
    • Deliver courses, worksheets, and mentoring sessions
    • Track learning progress and provide support
    • Improve our Services and platform experience

Students’ interests, abilities, and future job markets may change over time. We encourage families to remain flexible, to revisit goals regularly, and to use JuniorCEO as one helpful tool among many in a child’s development.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuniorCEO and WonderMaple Inc., including their directors, employees, and partners, will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, income, profits, or opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant subscription period, where permitted by law.
